[Problem Solving Case] Improvement of Wafer Noise Using Ceramics
Enabling accurate data measurement! Introducing case studies of problem-solving using ceramics.
Here is a case study of problem-solving using ceramics. When evaluating the characteristics of wafers, noise was generated, making it difficult to obtain accurate data, which became a problem. In response, we proposed custom processing with radio wave absorbing ceramics. We designed it to fit the wafer size, focusing on its hardness and the advantage of being usable in a vacuum environment. This helped mitigate noise and enabled accurate data measurement.
